This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use Levano LLC's website and booking service.
What data we collect
To process a booking we collect: your full name, phone number, email address (optional), and booking details (the chosen car, pickup and return dates, price).
Why we use it
We use your data only to process and confirm your booking and to contact you about it. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on several legal bases: to perform the rental contract you request, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and for our legitimate interests (for example, fraud prevention). Where it applies, processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. These bases correspond to Article 6 of the GDPR, which applies to the data of tourists who are EU citizens, while at the local level the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection applies.
Where data is stored
Your data is stored securely through our database service (Supabase). Access is restricted and limited to authorised personnel only.
Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the booking and our services. After that, we retain it for the period required by law and accounting rules, including tax and financial obligations. Once those periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymized.
International transfers
Your data may be handled by our service providers — Supabase (database), Resend (email) and TBC (payments). Their servers may be located outside Georgia. We use only providers that apply appropriate safeguards, and each receives only the data needed to provide its service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The exception is payment processing — in the future, online payments will be handled through a payment provider (TBC), which receives only the information required to process the payment.
Cookies
The site uses only essential (functional) cookies needed for it to work properly — for example, to remember the display currency you have chosen. When enabled, an anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) is also used. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion. To do so, contact us at: levansarishvili7@gmail.com.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Georgia this is the Personal Data Protection Service (personaldata.ge). We ask that you first contact us at levansarishvili7@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter promptly.
