How much is the deposit?
The security deposit is 200 ₾ for passenger cars and 300 ₾ for SUVs, paid in cash at pickup. It is fully returned when the car comes back undamaged.
How do I pay?
You pay nothing in advance when booking. The rental price is paid in cash, in Georgian lari (₾), when you pick up the car. We will contact you to confirm the booking.
Is mileage limited?
No, mileage is unlimited and there is no per-kilometre charge.
What is the fuel policy?
Return the car with the same fuel level it had at pickup. Extra fuel left in the tank is not refunded.
What does the insurance cover?
Standard insurance is included in the price but does not cover windscreen damage. Full insurance, which you can add when booking, covers the windscreen too. Tyre damage is not covered by either.
Can I cross the border?
Driving to Armenia is allowed. It needs a power of attorney, which costs up to about 100 ₾ to arrange. For other countries, please contact us in advance.
Where can you deliver the car?
Office pickup is free. We deliver to any address in Tbilisi, to Tbilisi Airport, and to Kutaisi and Batumi. The fee is shown in the booking form.
What are the driver requirements?
The driver must be at least 21 and hold a category B driving licence for at least 2 years. At pickup, bring your passport or ID card and your driving licence.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, for children aged 1–3, 3–5 and 5+, at 15 ₾ per day. Choose one in the booking form under “Extras”.
